Service purpose
twisk lets registered users send and receive USDT and SOL on Solana using their X username as the payment handle.
By using twisk you agree to these Terms.
Identification by X
Your X account is the identity for your twisk account. You may only register the X account you control.
Attempting to use twisk under a username or X account you do not control is prohibited.
Wallet custody
twisk creates a custodial wallet for your account through Coinbase CDP. The signing key is held by CDP, is not stored on twisk servers, and is never exposed to you or your browser. twisk can therefore move funds on your instruction, and you cannot export the key.
You are responsible for any address you withdraw to. Check it before you confirm, because an on-chain transfer cannot be reversed.
Recovering funds sent to an incorrect address is not guaranteed.
Settlement
Payments settle as ordinary public transfers on Solana mainnet. They are not shielded or anonymised, and are visible to anyone reading the chain. Network fees are paid in SOL out of your own wallet balance, and the first USDT payment to someone also covers the rent for their token account (under 0.002 SOL).
Settlement depends on network conditions and may take time to confirm.
Balances and statuses shown reflect the real on-chain state of your account.
Prohibited use
You may not use twisk for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate fraud, money laundering or any activity that violates applicable law.
Attempting to spoof identity, double-spend, or interfere with another user's payments is prohibited.
No financial advice
twisk is a software payment tool. It is not a bank, broker or provider of financial advice.
Digital assets are volatile. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Limitation of liability
twisk provides the service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis and is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
This limitation applies to network failures, delays, or any issue outside twisk's reasonable control.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version is always the one on this page.
Recent updates
22 September 2026
- twisk moved to Solana. Wallets, balances and payments run on Solana mainnet in USDT and SOL, and network fees are paid in SOL.
- Every account gets a Solana wallet through Coinbase CDP. Accounts from before the move get a new address; anything left in a pre-move twisk wallet can still be recovered — ask on X.
- Transfers are simulated before broadcast and confirmed on-chain before they show as completed, with a Solscan link for each.
1 September 2026
- Real settlement. A payment moves USDT or SOL straight from your wallet to the recipient’s, signed and broadcast the moment you confirm it.
- Faster sends. Transfers are broadcast in the background and the status updates itself from pending to completed, so the app never blocks while a payment confirms.
- Fewer failed transfers. Every transfer is simulated and its network fee checked before broadcast, so one that could not pay its own fee is refused up front instead of failing on-chain.
- Per-transfer ceilings of 10,000 USDT and 50 SOL.
- These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the How it works page were rewritten to describe the live system: one wallet per account, custodial keys, public settlement.
31 August 2026
- Every account gets a real wallet through Coinbase CDP, and balances are read straight from the chain instead of an internal ledger.
- Accounts and payment history survive a redeploy, and sessions can be revoked in bulk if one leaks.
