How it works
X identity. Real on-chain settlement.
twisk turns your X handle into a real wallet on Solana. Payments are ordinary Solana transfers, addressed by @username instead of by wallet address.
Sign in with your X account. Your X user ID becomes the primary key for your twisk identity, no password, and no claiming anyone else’s handle.
twisk creates a wallet for your account the first time you sign in and hands you its address. It is the same address every time you come back, and there is nothing to register.
Send USDT or SOL to your twisk address on Solana, and keep a little SOL for fees — network fees are charged in SOL even when you are sending USDT. It appears in your balance once the transfer confirms, and there is no convert step.
Enter a recipient’s X username and an amount. twisk resolves the handle to that person’s wallet and moves the funds straight from your wallet to theirs. They have to have signed in at least once, so there is an address to pay.
Your wallet signs the transfer and twisk broadcasts it to the chain. The payment moves pending → completed or failed, with a real transaction hash you can look up. Nothing is faked, and nothing is simulated.
Security, by design
- Identity is your X account, never a made-up username.
- Your wallet key is held by Coinbase CDP: it is never stored on twisk servers and never reaches your browser.
- Balances and statuses come from the backend and the chain, never the client.
- Idempotency keys make double-clicks and retries safe, you can never spend twice.
- The wallet is custodial. twisk signs on your instruction, so treat a twisk balance the way you would treat an exchange balance.
- Payments are public. Amounts, addresses and timing are visible to anyone reading the chain, exactly like any other transfer.
- Every transfer has a ceiling — currently 10,000 USDT or 50 SOL — so a rounding or interface bug cannot drain a wallet.
